Returns & Exchange

KutchiBazaar provides a 2 day returns and exchange option for Indian Customers.

To return or exchange your product please : 

1. Write us a mail at contact@kutchibazaar.com stating the reason of your return.
2. We will arrange a reverse pickup at no extra cost. Please ship the product with the original price and branding tags
3. Once we receive the product, we will evaluate it and will provide store credit amounting the value of your order which can be used to purchase any product on the available on the website. ( the store credit has a 1 year validity )
4. Incase of Exchange, the value of the chosen product should be equal or less than the value of product to be exchanged. ( please contact us for any query )

Refunds

KutchiBazaar provides a full amount refund if the refund is approved

• Refund transfer can take upto 8-10 business days after the refund is approved by KutchiBazaar. Incase of cash on delivery the refund amount will be credited into the customers bank account.
• Refund is provided incase of:
  - KutchiBazaar evaluates the returned package and approves the refund
  - Customer receives any faulty product ( minor faults in product such as misprint or colour change, etc are not accepted as our products are handmade and mostly coloured from natural dyes, contact us for more info)
